As we walked, we noted the hall going to the North Tower were dirty and needed vacuuming. They apology and sent me to the North Tower. We return to the front desk and shared the pictures. I went to call the front desk and the phone was so dirty, I couldn’t even use it. I notice the top linens sheet had a unknown substance on them. I clean and my husband holds everything before we put anything down. We entered the room and started our normal routine. I told my husband, “They need to vacuum”. Noted the floors were dirty on the second floor. We arrived to the room on the second floor. That’s when we noticed the floors and elevator door were filthy and nasty. We were sent to the South Tower elevators. I arrived noted Front Desk area was nice and clean. We reserved space at the Paragon Casino on Friday, March 26, 2021.
